FUN乐天使首业有限公司已签署《担保函》，同意为全资子公司香港FUN乐天使能源有限公司与广东广物香港有限公司签订的《煤炭供需合同》项下人民币 3,000 万元的预付款义务提供连带责任保证，最高担保金额不超过人民币 5,000 万元。

China Qinfa Group Limited has executed a Letter of Guarantee, agreeing to provide a joint and several liability guarantee for the prepayment obligations of RMB 30,000,000 under the Coal Supply and Demand Contract entered into between its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hong Kong Qinfa Energy Limited, and Guangdong GW (Hong Kong) Company Limited with the maximum guarantee amount not exceeding RMB 50,000,000.
